PROVIDING a range of activities in and around Cranbrook
promoting health, wellbeing and social inclusion

Wellbeing in the Weald helps people of all ages discover new interests, develop skills, and build meaningful connections within their community, enhancing both physical and mental wellbeing.

 

We offer activities to enhance and improve people's lives by:

​

  • creating new friendships with others

  • having chats with volunteers and other local people

  • providing activities that get people out and about

  • offering light exercise with others

  • connecting people more with nature

  • supplying opportunities to learn new skills

  • affording shared experiences and outings

  • greater participation in the local community

Activities we offer

We run a range of activities every week that you can come along and participate in. All of our regular activities are free of charge, unless indicated otherwise on the details page. We do however welcome any voluntary donations. Click on each to find out more.
