Yoga for Wellbeing (Pre-booking essential)

We offer a free yoga class to people in and around Cranbrook, who may not otherwise be able to attend a yoga class. It is aimed at all levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience. Everyone is welcome. 

Yoga is known for improving both physical and mental wellbeing, and the different postures can reduce shoulder and back pain, as well as helping with arthritis and headaches. Yoga can also help with reducing stress and creating feelings of calmness.

 

The class runs for an hour on Saturday mornings from 8.30am.  Spaces are however limited, so places must be pre-booked. All class details will be provided to booked participants.

Please be aware that places are limited and our aim is to offer this yoga experience to those who may not have tried it before, or not been in a position to attend previously.
